These Terms govern your access to and use of the JustRype platform ("Platform"), including any associated services and interactions facilitated therein. By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and assume full liability for any activity conducted under your account. Currently, JustRype does not facilitate direct financial transactions. Users are solely responsible for arranging and executing payments independently. In the event that JustRype incorporates third-party payment processing (e.g., Stripe), additional terms governing such services will be published accordingly. Users must comply with any such terms before utilizing integrated payment services.
JustRype does not verify or regulate user interactions beyond the provisions outlined in these Terms. Users acknowledge that all communications, negotiations, and transactions occur independently and at their own risk. We disclaim liability for any disputes, fraudulent activities, or misrepresentations arising from third-party engagements or user interactions facilitated through the Platform.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from JustRype, including but not limited to notifications, updates, and promotional content. These communications may satisfy any legal requirements mandating written communication. You may opt out of non-essential communications as permitted by our policies.
The Platform and all associated content, including trademarks, branding, software, and proprietary materials, are the exclusive property of JustRype or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of such materials is strictly prohibited.
By submitting content to JustRype, including but not limited to product listings, images, or reviews, you grant JustRype a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content solely for Platform functionality and promotional purposes.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated through the Platform, you may submit a formal infringement claim to legal@justrype.com. Claims must comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable legal frameworks. We will assess and respond to such claims accordingly.
JustRype provides the Platform "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not:

Users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings against JustRype.
JustRype reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via electronic notification. Continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
